Pioneer Memorial Cemetery

The land for this cemetery was sold to the Wesleyan Methodist Church in 1847. The earliest recorded burial, however, was in 1830. The last recorded burial was in 1906. The monuments have been incorporated into a cairn in 1949 by a committee oganized by Simcoe Street United Church. |

185 - 201 Bond Street in the City of Oshawa. Exit the 401 at Simcoe Street. Drive north on Simcoe Street past King Street to Bond Street. Drive west on Bond past Centre Street and over the Oshawa Creek. The cairn is on the south side of the road in a small park. King, Bond and Centre Streets are all one-way streets.
